Hello! 

Thank you to all swimmers and parents for swimming and volunteering in our meet tonight! It felt great to be back, and everyone did a great job! 

Tomorrow, 6/10, at noon, we will open up all of the meets to declare your swimmers and volunteer for this season. You must declare for every meet whether your child will be participating or not participating. These must be entered in SwimTopia by the Wednesday before the meet at noon, or your child CANNOT participate in the meet. No late entries will be allowed. 

To volunteer for the meet, you can click on the Job Signup for each meet in SwimTopia. All families must volunteer for 6 half meets. As Tracy mentioned in her email, if you would like to be a stroke judge, you must complete the online certification. You can contact Tracy to get the link for the training. This is an online training that will be reimbursed by the Club after completing. We are also still in need of a Concessions Coordinator, who will only need to lead Concessions for our 3 home meets this season and is exempt from any other volunteer positions. 

Finally, RSVPs are open for the Swim Team Season Kick-off Party this Friday, 6/13 at 5pm! Please let us know if you can make it so we can plan accordingly.
