Information for Visiting Teams

• Time Frame
  • 4:00 pm- Gates open
  • 4:30 pm- Warm-ups
  • 4:45 pm- Meeting for timers and stroke judges
  • 5:00 pm- Meet begins
• Parking
  • Please utilize the parking lots. If you park on the street, there is no overnight parking.
  • The pool entrance is down a flight of stairs. Use the lower lot to access the pool without stairs.
  • Seating
    • The seating area for the visiting team is on the upper deck to the left of the stairs and on the side with the slide.
    • You are welcome to use the pool seating but please bring chairs as our seating may fill quickly.
    • Please do not sit near the edge of the pool as we need this space available for swimmers and timers.
    • Pop-up tents are not allowed on the upper pool deck.  If you need to use a tent for shade, please set it up a grassy area outside of the pool deck or on the lower deck, allowing room for people to pass by.

  • We will have concessions available for cash purchase.

  • Whitmoor CC has offered to do a cash bar with the specials listed below:
    • Beer buckets: 6 beers for $18
    • Surfside/High Noon buckets: 6 for $25
    • Cash or member charge only
• Miscellaneous
  • No recreational swimming during meets, including the lower pool and baby pool. Attendees are also asked not to play on or around the splash pad or slides.
