Coordinator Descriptions
Treasurer: - Collect registration money. Manage team checking account, finances and budget. Pay team fees to the St Charles County Summer Swim League and other team bills. Work with concessions purchases and deposits.
League Rep: - Represent the Whitmoor Waves at the St Charles County Summer Swim League meetings. Be available during meets to help resolve/address/answer any questions/disputes around scoring, swimmer disqualifications, etc.
Volunteer Coordinator - Coordinate all parent/volunteer signups for home and away meets.
Concessions Coordinator - Concessions manage their own budget (in coordination with the team Treasurers and will purchase, collect, and restock their own inventories throughout the season. Collected funds will be given to treasurer for deposit.
Home Meet Host - Greet the visiting team and show them where they can set up. Be the primary point of contact for any issues arising during the meet. Essentially serve as the home meet manager ensuring all things are running smoothly and everything is set-up correctly.
